Liebe Freunde und Gäste des
BAAN SUPHAN APARTMENTHAUS auf Phuket, Thailand

Aufgrund der momentanen Corona-Pandemie und des damit verbundenen behördlichen Lockdowns, der provisorisch bis Juni 2020 verfügt - aber jederzeit verkürzt oder auch verlängert werden kann - sind alle Hotels, Pensionen und Apartmenthäuser geschlossen. Die Busse bei Zuwiderhandlung beträgt THB 100'000!

Deshalb können auch wir bis zur offiziellen Freigabe keine Gäste mehr aufnehmen und so befinden sich lediglich noch zwei Mieter in unserem Haus. Diese dürfen sich weiterhin im BAAN SUPHAN aufhalten, müssen sich aber wie die Einheimischen strikt an die Anweisungen der Behörden halten.

Sämtliche Bars, Unterhaltungslokale, Restaurants und Strände sind seit Ende März 2020 geschlossen und gesperrt wurde auch die das Festland mit Phuket verbindende Sarasin-Brücke. Strikt verboten wurden deshalb auch landesweit die beliebten Songkran-Festival-Wasserschlachten, während denen im April bekanntlich das Thailändische Neujahr gefeiert wird. Offen bleiben lediglich Lebensmittelgeschäfte wie Family Mart, 7-eleven und kleinere Lotus Läden.

Geschlossen ist auch der internationale Flughafen Phuket. Die Thailändische Fluggesellschaft THAI AIRWAYS INTERNATIONAL plant momentan, den Flugbetrieb anfangs Juni 2020 wieder aufzunehmen. Dieser Termin ist jedoch keineswegs in Stein gemeisselt, weil ein Ende der Pandemie momentan noch nicht abschätzbar ist.

Dear friends and guests of the

BAAN SUPHAN APARTMENT HOUSE in Phuket, Thailand

 

Due to the current corona pandemic and the associated official lockdown, which is provisionally ordered

until June 2020 - but can be shortened or extended at any time - all hotels, guesthouses and apartment buildings are closed.

The fine for non-compliance is THB 100,000!

 

Therefore, we cannot accept any more guests until the official release, so there are only two guests left in our house.

These guests are still allowed to stay in the BAAN SUPHAN, but like the locals they have to strictly follow the instructions of the authorities.

 

All bars, entertainment venues, restaurants and beaches have been closed since the end of March 2020, and the

Sarasin Bridge connecting the mainland with Phuket has also been closed. The popular Songkran festival water battles,

during which the Thai New Year is celebrated in April, have therefore been strictly banned throughout the country.

 

Only grocery stores such as Family Mart, 7-eleven and smaller Lotus shops remain open.

 

Phuket International Airport is also closed. The Thai airline THAI AIRWAYS INTERNATIONAL is currently planning

to resume flight operations at the end of June 2020. However, this date is by no means set in stone, as an end

to the pandemic cannot yet be predicted.
